KirkpatrickPrice Inc., Raveneye and its affiliated entities, websites, services, and products is a global leader in information security, privacy, and compliance services.  KirkpatrickPrice uses Online Audit Manager to refer to the platform.  
 
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through the websites and platform listed above, and any other websites we operate and post links to this Privacy Policy.

We do not charge for any request to exercise your rights, and we will not discriminate against you if you choose to exercise your rights.   
 
We may request personal information from you to verify your identity when you exercise one of these rights.  We’ll limit our verification request to the least amount of personal information necessary to verify your identity. 
 
Personal Information Related to Minors 
Our websites and services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect the personal information from children under 16. If you are under age 16, please do not provide any information on our websites.

We retain your personal information based upon how you use and interact with our website and services. We retain some account information for as long as your account is active, and then a reasonable period after your account is no longer active.  
 
We also retain your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, contractual requirements, technical and operational requirements, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, for information security purposes, and to continue to develop and improve our services.  For example, there are professional and legal requirements for us to maintain certain information for seven (7) years in our role as an independent auditor.  
 
We retain information used for marketing purposes for as long as you elect to continue receiving marketing information from us.

We execute data protection addendums that include standard contractual clauses to govern n the limited scenarios where international data transfers may or will occur.
