Overview of Environmental Risk

Transcript
There are three different types of environmental risks that we should consider. The first is meteorological. When we talk about meteorological risks, we’re looking at thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornados. When's the last time you thought about how a major snowstorm may impact your building, as well as your people? The next is geological. Geological risks can include earthquakes, tsunamis, landslides and sinkholes. Take a look at what happened to the national corvette museum. Biological risks include pandemics and food-borne illness. What controls did you have to put into place to lessen the impact of the pandemic on not only your business, but your employees.
